Health Reform Updates
Many Americans are struggling to make ends meet while the cost of care keeps increasing. This Administration is working with Congress to achieve “comprehensive health care reform that will lower costs, guarantee choice of doctors and plans, and assure quality and affordable coverage for all Americans”.
In efforts to keep the USC community engaged and informed about the various Health Reform efforts, the Center created a biweekly Health Reform newsletter that provided current and credible objective information. The newsletter was distributed mainly amongst faculty and students at USC.
The Dean of the Keck School of Medicine has now created a website that would provide an educational forum for the USC community to interactively discuss health reform. We have conjoined efforts with the Dean Pulifiato and his staff.
